Maxie the SuperDog?

Have you guys ever seen the SuperDogs? The things they do are just extraordinary, leaping through hoops, weaving in and out of pylons, flying across the stage like they’ve got springs in their paws. Every time I watch them, I think, “Yep. That could be me.”

Well… except for the tiny detail that I hate strangers, crowds, and, honestly, most other dogs. But if it weren’t for those minor inconveniences, I’m pretty sure I’d be SuperDog material.

Since this blog is called Max Doing Things, sometimes I just need to fill you in on the things I genuinely love doing. And one of my absolute favourites? Jumping.

Being part Tibetan Terrier totally helps. My ancestors used to retrieve things that tumbled down mountainsides! Yep, I’m basically built for springing, climbing, and launching myself onto anything that looks remotely jump‑able.

One of my favourite pastimes is rock jumping. Big rocks, little rocks, medium rocks, I’m not picky.

So no, I may never be a SuperDog performing in front of cheering crowds. But out on the trail, hopping from rock to rock with the wind in my fur? That’s my kind of superpower. Maybe one of these days I will post a collection of my greatest jumps…stay tuned!
