Second post of my blogging life. Now that I am an official blogger, I have found myself more motivated to get out and explore. It was a beautiful sunny morning, so I decided to tag along with my humans as the walked to a nearby café.
I felt confident walking along the neighbourhood streets that I’ve passed many times before. But now that this is my job, I figured I should slow down and take a closer look at things.
We walked over a pedestrian bridge that goes over some train tracks. I paused to take a peek over the edge to see if any trains were coming…luckily for me there were none. I’m pretty sure the noise would’ve freaked me out.
As we kept going, I noticed so many great sniffing spots! Clearly a lot of dogs have passed through before me, so there was a whole history of smells to catch up on.
We ended our walk at the base of the bridge, at a lovely little café. The vibes were great. Lots of outdoor tables for pets and their humans. My humans got themselves a coffee and a treat, and I enjoyed sitting in the sun, barking at all the new pup friends I hadn’t met yet.
It was a great start to my day.
